Delivery and Returns
We ship our products to all countries, so delivery time may differ depends on your country, product location and delivery company.
Usually, we ship your order within 24h and the standard time for your package to be delivered in 5-10 days. However, be informed that your package can be delivered in 3 days minimum.
You should receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of your package leaving our facility. That email will contain all necessary tracking information and is updated in real-time. Check your email and if necessary, spam folder.
If your package is not delivered after 15 days, please contact us.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item you have all rights to do so.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days from receiving your order. Send to us the following information: purchaser’s name, order number, contact (email, telephone number), a reason for your return.
Our customer service will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Remember returned items must be in original packaging and include any accessories, manuals and documentation. They must be unused.
If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in the acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused.
You return products at your own expense.
If you received a wrong, faulty item contact us. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
We will send you further instructions.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank for when the credit will be visible on your account.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order which has not already been packed or shipped. Provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We will confirm once the modification has been made.
